Marathon Runners! We Urgently Need You!

The Team have been working incredibly hard in the office lately, getting ready for the premiere of our documentary #TreesAreTheKey, narrated by Kate Winslet.

Some of us have been going for walks at 6am to get a bit of exercise in and to invigorate the brain for a busy day of creative thinking (me included).

It’s amazing how many runners are out beating the pavement at that time of day!

Whilst chatting to a few, I realised how many people undertake runs of all distances, from 5k to full marathons, whilst raising funds for charity. Many of them just do it for the fun of running: the fundraising bit is often just a bonus.

If you’re one of those wonderful people, or you know someone who is, this is a direct appeal!

Would you please run a fundraiser for our reforestation charity?

Right now, we are on a deadly serious mission to get as many new saplings in the ground, as is humanly possible.

We have lots of them in the nursery, what we need is the sponsorship to pay our friends in Kenya to plant and nurture them and to replace the seeds so we can grow new ones and plant those too.

If you’re up for the challenge, we’d really love to hear from you. Drop us a line today and we’ll do all we can to support your event.

Thank you for anything you can do to help our quest.

Wendy Robertshaw, pictured above, did a wonderful run for us last year – we need a 1,000 more Wendys!
