Watch #TreesAreTheKey

#TreesAreTheKey is 40 minute documentary. It’s a blueprint for mitigating change change and alleviating poverty and hunger in Kenya.

It was commissioned by our reforestation charity and it was made by filmmaker Tim Tyson Short and narrated by Kate Winslet.

Tim’s remit was to tell the story of why the world needs to plant more trees in the tropics and why we need to take care of the people tending the forests: he did a remarkable job.

#TreesAreTheKey is available on general release under a Creative Commons License, free of charge, to spread the word about the global importance of planting and protecting trees, everywhere!
