Trees planted near the equator grow faster than anywhere else in the World.
On average, our trees in the tropics, over a tiny handful of years (5-7) will absorb ¼ tonne of CO2, so to offset 1 tonne, we need to plant four.
But our trees do so much more… as well as mitigating climate change and creating safe habitats for wildlife and humans too, the commodities from the forest are also alleviating hunger and poverty. Additionally, we use part of your donation to build classrooms, empower women and facilitate education.
